Welcome to the Affiliate Training page.
Here you will find a step-by-step action plan to get you off to a flying start. Many of these basic steps will form the foundation of your entire future with E-Lottery, so invest the time now to learn the basics and to develop good ‘action’ habits to help move you through the plan to higher income potential.
Understand your Business
You have an amazing package to offer both players and affiliates.
A Player is anyone who just wants a smarter and hassle free way of playing the UK and EuroMillions Lottery. They can register online or by using the company Brochure and Application Form, and they can choose to play either lottery or both. They receive an email confirming their lottery numbers and receive regular emails from the company.
An Affiliate is someone who wants to play for FREE and/or wants to develop an exciting secondary residual income. Would an extra £500 or £1000 every 4 weeks make a difference to you? If so, who do you know who would want the same? You receive a 20% commission (£1.00 each week) for every personal introduction you make and 5% (0.25p each week) for team referrals. This commission continues for as long as you are subscribing as a member with e-Lottery (to earn on someone playing in say, the EuroMillions you must be a EuroMillions player also)
The Basics
Step One - Get to know your website
Your website is your 24/7 Business Partner which offers you a gold mine of information and support and all for just £4.99! As with any business venture you would need to get to know your partner and understand the market and its potential, and e-lottery is no different. As you move through the site you will find help along the way in the form of this icon:  simply click on the icon and a help page will appear to help you navigate the page and in some cases you will also be able to access a short movie to further support your navigation.
1. Personalise your website
Your first job is to prepare your Business partner by personalising your website *
Log into your website using the address and password provided in your welcome letter. Go to My Details and follow these instruction to change your web address (URL) to a more memorable address

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do it:
Go to your website and Login.
Once you are inside, click on Member Details
Scroll Down to Guest Page Settings
Click on the blue link that says Change Guest Login
You will see *My Guest Login Is:
Below that you will see a white box with your ID number in it
Delete the number and enter, your choice of name
Click on Submit and it will be done
Log out and type your NEW chosen address into your browser and your site will appear.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your original link using your membership number will continue to work. However, should you successfully change your link and subsequently change it again the previous link WILL NO LONGER WORK. Therefore, any advertising or emails that have been sent WILL NO LONGER POINT TO YOUR WEBSITE. To be on the safe side, only change it once.

2. The Movies - watch the 2 movies again so you understand the content, as you will want to use these to help promote your business.

When you direct people to your website they will be able to watch these movies, or if you prefer you can attach a direct link to the movies in a personal email. To do this go to the tools section and scroll down until you find the link for the movies. Simply copy the link and paste it into an email.
3. Understand the Syndicate advantage system
To help you fully understand how the E lottery advantage works go back to your guest page and click The Advantage tab. Step Two - 123 play for FREE
1. Your first goal should be to play for FREE! This is simply achieved by introducing just 5 Players or Affiliates to whichever lottery you have chosen to play in. The commission from these 5 Players or Affiliates would be £5.00 each week, which will cover your costs.
So where do you start?
Once you have personalised your site, you need to start spreading the word about E lottery. This means contacting everyone you know about this fantastic opportunity. Remember your Business Partner is ready to start spreading the word with you, so how can you work together.
2. Make a list – make a list of everyone you know. Sit down right now, empty your head and write down a list of everyone you have an email, phone number or address for. We’re not suggesting that everyone will join you in E-Lottery, but the law of averages says that if you share this with enough people you will get a result. Start with friends and family and then widen your circle from there. Here are some ideas to help you build your list:
- Family and Relations both here and overseas
- Friends and Work colleagues both here and overseas and both present and past contacts
- Neighbours, Local Business Owners, Local Charities
- Personal Lists; Address Book, Wedding list, Parties, Christmas cards list
- People you meet at: night school, work, hobby classes, leisure activities.
Quite simply the list goes on and on, and the more you can place on this list and start contacting the quicker you will be playing for FREE!
Once you have your list decide the best way of contacting them. Some may need a direct phone call from you directing them to visit your website and to watch the movies. Others may prefer receiving an email with the links to the website and/or the movies. Then again you may prefer to send a personal letter in the post, which includes your web address and a copy of our fantastic DVD.
If your time is limited or you feel really unsure of how best to approach your contacts you could use the companies Automatic Prospecting and Follow-up System. To use this system, your contacts must know you and be willing to receive information from you; in other words you must not ‘spam’ anyone using this company system.
3. How to use the Automatic Prospecting and Follow up System: Simply enter all the addresses you have in your email address book and the system will do the rest. A number of emails are sent over several weeks that are designed to tease your contacts about E-Lottery. Once they are entered into the system the auto responder system will keep sending out emails to nudge your contact into taking action.
How to load the Automatic prospector
Login to your web site back office:
On the lower right hand side you will see Prospects
Click on it
In the centre of your screen you will see New Prospects
Click on it
Enter the Name of the person you want to send the emails to
Enter their email address twice
Press submit
Step Three - Set your goals and make a plan
If you fail to plan - you plan to fail – You have probably heard this before, but when you are starting a business it is a reality, so whatever your aim, you are more likely to achieve success if you start with a goal and make a plan.
Take a few minutes to decide what you want from E-Lottery. Are you just looking to play the world’s richest tax free lotteries for FREE, or do you want to secure an extra income, say an extra £100 or £500 every 4 weeks? Are you looking for another income stream that will either support or even replace your current income or do you just need more time to be with your family? Whatever your motivation is, identify it, crystallise it, and then work out a plan of how you’re going to get it.
1. Start with your business goals and then crystallise your personal goals
- How many people would I like to introduce this week or each Business Cycle? (Commissions are calculated every 4 weeks which constitutes a
Business Cycle and there are 13 business cycles each year)
- How many people would I like to have in my total business in the next 6 Business Cycles or the next 12 Business Cycles?
- How many FREE syndicates do I want to have? (E –Lottery give you further FREE syndicate entries when you have introduced 15, 30, 50, 65, 80 and 100 personally introduced Affiliates. Extra incentives
- When do I want to earn my first FREE syndicate entry by?
In addition to your business focus add some personal goals to your list to reinforce your desire to work your business everyday. When you have a strong desire you are motivated to do more, which means you will achieve better results. In simple terms when you do more, you get better results!
2. Once you have done that, commit to a plan of action
- How much time are you willing to allocate to achieving your goal?
- How many people will you talk to each day?
- What prospecting tools can you put to work while you’re doing other things?
When you understand your plan your next step is to simply put it into action. To help you track your activity you can download a DMO tracking sheet (Daily Method of Operation)
Step Four - Off Line and Online promotion
You have the choice as to how you decide to promote your business, and the reality is that some of you will prefer to promote your business Off line, while others will be very comfortable generating leads Online. Whatever your bias, take some time to master all aspects of your business because you never know who will join your team tomorrow and a little knowledge in all areas will help you build a strong balanced business.
1. Off line promotion is something that EVERYONE can do. The company has a number of tools that will help you distribute your web address while going about doing what you normally do, and going where you normally go!
- DVD – This has 2 movies on it along with some really powerful stories from Affiliates in the field. This can be handed out to anyone who shows an interest in knowing more about E-Lottery. It can be posted out with a covering letter and is ideal for anyone who is not online.
- Business Cards/Leaflet/Brochures/Coasters are also effective tools to help you distribute your web address. Target yourself to give so many out every day while going about your normal day-to-day activities. Again these can be posted out to contacts, passed to people you meet, left somewhere for people to pick up – the opportunities are endless.
Get into the habit of asking people you meet the following:
‘Do you play the lottery?’
‘Do you have access to a computer and the internet?’ if they say yes, hand them one of the tools above and say ‘go visit my website and find out about the smarter way to play!’
OR say something like
‘Do you play the lottery?’ Yes/No (it doesn’t really matter what they say to this question) then ask
‘Do you think enough people win?’ People generally say NO to this, and as most people like to say no, you have made them feel comfortable and can now follow on with
‘If I could show you a way of increasing your odds of winning would you be interested’ OR if you have a DVD with you, you could say ‘Then this is a must see!
If they say NO to finding out more, just thank them and go and find someone else to chat to. Your job is not to convince it is simply to sort.

So in summary, invest in the tools and then make sure you use them at every opportunity. Here are some further ideas;
- Always have your plastic membership card with you and use it to get into conversation, by saying something like ‘Have you got one
of these?’
- Always have business cards with you to hand out
- Have brochures with the application form with you at all times in case someone cannot register online
- Place your own postcard or company A5 flyer promoting your web address in shop windows or on notice boards
- Drop DVD’s through letter boxes (mail drop). This will require a personalised letter from you with a pick up date
- Post a DVD with a personal letter to your prospects (mail shot)
- Advertise and promote your website on all literature and emails
- Include a Brochure/Leaflet when returning pre-paid envelopes or paying bills
2. Online promotion is another way of promoting your business but it’s not for everyone.
The Automatic Prospector - this has already been covered however it must be used carefully to avoid spamming, which is against the law. To avoid spamming you must simply ensure that the email addresses being entered by you are known to you and not just emails collected at random or from opt in lists.
Grab a Grand – this is a powerful way of placing your contacts into the auto prospector. Simply send out an email offering your contacts the chance to win £1,000. In the tools section you will find various banners that you can drop into your emails to promote the Grab a grand offer.
Total Leads – You can invest in buying leads from the company. You will find information about this at the bottom of your ‘my details’ page - just click on Total Leads
Advertise your website online – Online companies like Overture offer ways of placing your web address on search engines
We hope this basic training will put you on the road to success but remember….
With E-Lottery - the ONLY way to lose – is to quit!
So to build a long term business you must take ACTION on a regular basis; better to do something everyday than try to do lots now and again.
Make your plan to play for free in your first 4 weeks
Here is a tip to understanding the law of averages, which is so prevalent when working in Network Marketing. If you want to introduce 5 members be prepared to talk to at least 20 people – however there are no guarantees in life and YOU might need to speak to 30, or, you might be lucky and only speak to 10 to get your first 5. The reality is that as long as you keep talking you WILL get results.
Develop a winning attitude
As soon as you have introduced 5 Affiliate members you are promoted to the Group Affiliate position! Once you have started your climb up the steps of success your next goal is to personally introduce 15 Affiliates. At this point you will receive your first FREE syndicate entry from the company, and you will move up to the next position which is Senior Affiliate.
Introduce 30 Affiliates and receive a second FREE syndicate entry and promotion to the Executive Affiliate position.

Ongoing support
The company will keep in touch with you and your team using various methods of communication:
- Emails – you will receive communication via email reminding you of up and coming events and promotions
- Webcast - A webcast is beamed directly into your home via your PC. Simply log in, sit back and enjoy.
- Conference Calls – On occasions the company will communicate via a conference call. If you are invited to attend this call the company will provide you with a telephone number and password
- Regional Meetings – Your chance to meet local Affiliates and receive free training
- National Seminar – Every Affiliate would be advised to attend this prestigious event
